From small humble beginnings in 1981, JP Maurya independently grew his business and established his own company - JPM Properties Pvt Ltd in the year 2007. Today, JPM Properties Private Limited has evolved into one of the most pre-eminent land consulting, trading and liaisoning firms in the world. JP Maurya has been a trusted advisor during some of the most memorable events in the recent history.

Mr. Jayprakash Ramawadh Maurya has been part of several success stories with regards to various project developments in the northern and western region of India.

He has been torchbearer and primary visionary leader in the growth of Ghodbunder Road which includes areas of Hiranandani Estate, Hiranandani Meadows, Siddhachal and Vasant Vihar in Thane.
